Memo/Notes Column on Submissions Screen

Would be very useful to have a Memo or Notes column on the submissions list screen.  Particularly, when multiple submissions exist for the same Pay day (eg due to Update Events, Final Pay Events & re-submissions due to submission failures/errors)

This would allow the user to note (type in) the reason & easily identify each one.
