Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Ability to drill down in Payroll Reports

The payroll reports only give the total amounts with no ability to "drill down" to a listing of the transactions that make up the total. In Reckon Accounts you can drill down in the Payroll Reports, but not Reckon One. It would be really handy to be able to see the individual amounts for Gross wages, PAYG Tax and Superannuation directly from the Payroll Reports

    Thank you for pointing this out. Detail and source drill throughs are standard in Reckon One reports > it seems our payroll team have not kept that consistency in their reports which is disappointing to find. Please leave this with us to address in the next iteration of our payroll reports due in the first half of 2022. The new reports are nicer to view, easier to navigate, and has better grouping and navigation. Here is a sneak peak !
