Announcement: September 2023

We are currently well underway building our next-gen user interfaces, starting with Payroll web and mobile (released), Invoices mobile (released) and soon, advanced Payroll, Reckon Mate enhancements, and Time web.

Where appropriate we'll add features from the Product Ideas Portal to both old and new interfaces, or, where new is replacing old, we'll add to the new range only.

Thank you for your patience - whilst we understand building new interfaces and products takes longer than adding a feature, we are certain the new designs will ultimately provide a better experience for all our customers.

Regards,
The Reckon Product Team

Ability to export data as CSV

I spend a lot of time entering invoice and bill data into reckon for my P and C uniform shop, which does not make a profit nor pays me for my services I would love to be able to then export the data into an excel spread sheet or as CSV, this would mean I can then use the data to calculate how many of each items we sell and buy. I was surprised I could not produce a report on the items sold and bought

Hi and thanks for the feedback. As Reckon One does not currently track 'inventory' we do not have these reports, which are standard with our Reckon Accounts product. We are looking to introduce inventory in late 2022, however until then, try running the Transaction line items report

You can export this to Excel to filter out the non-related transactions. nb. This report looks at a lot of data, so running for a specific (smaller) date range is best.
