Ability to set up long service leave for an award

Our pay tables come under an award, so our long service leave is calculated different to Reckon, how can we change our book file to reflect the award.

    LSL is completely customisable in Reckon One. Firstly you need to create a Long Service Leave item similar to the one below (based on your award / requirements).

    The add this item to the employee's record where you can enter the accrual period and the rate per period.

    Of course, LSL differs from state to state, and they (the states) always recommend before paying out any LSL you should use their LSL calculator as some requirements are difficult to capture in payroll software. eg in NSW where leave after 10 years service must accrue yearly, not weekly/monthly.
