Unfortunately our database design dictates a 'hard delete' of all data. Changing this to a 'soft delete' so data could be recovered would take considerable effort and is therefore unlikely, however we will leave the idea open as it's definitely a good idea, just not achievable right now. If we get enough votes in the future we can look at it again.
