lease help me to fix the leave balance which was stay the same hours since october

i am using reckon 1

i have problem with on leave hour for employee ,the hours did not made any changed since october,her onleave stay at 37.5 hours all the time and also sick leave, what i have to do and change in the system, i do not know how to

What data do you want to see in the Report? How different it is from the payroll item list from the Settings area?
