Employees by Last Name then First Name in pay run Merged

Give the option of sorting Employees by Last Name then First Name. Please set as company default or alternatively as a filter option. Currently the only work around is manually overriding the default display name to Last Name, First Name but it only works in the viewing screens. In the 'pay run' screen it still sorts by First Name and it's very time consuming. Standard Business Practice is Last Name, First Name.
