Matching Rule - Transfer From 'All accounts'

At present, when undertaking 'Transfer Money', there is the option to transfer from 'All Accounts - Not just bank accounts'; however when you create a rule, you can only Transfer from bank accounts. Having the option to transfer from, not only bank accounts, via a rule, would be benefical.
