Reckon One's STP1 setup allowed us to view and manually adjust leave accruals within each pay run. This is not possible with the STP2 setup. This means that ad-hoc pays, like bonus payments that are outside of normal pay runs, will attract annual leave accruals, when obviously they should not. There is no ability to not have leave accrued to bonuses when creating the pay item, and now STP2 has taken away the ability to manually reduce the accrual to zero. This means that employees will be accruing more leave than they should when they receive bonuses etc, and we have no ability to manually correct that. This is a major failing with the STP2 system!
