Needing to Print the Leave Dates an Employee took since starting employment but there is no report to help with this? I have to manually go through payroll details and write it down. As the comment below we need a report that shows Employee Name, Leave Accural, Leave Balance, Dates taken both for Sick Leave & Annual Leave.
On termination, if an employee presents diaries disputing your leave totals, then in the absence of such records, you can be sure that the employee's version will carry more weight than yours in arbitration.
It would be better if such historical records were available detailing type of leave, amount and date taken.
After using Payroll Premier and recording all leave dates taken for each employee and being able to create reports to list all the leave an employee has taken over a period of time was imperative to reconcile with our records. This allowed us to check that we had correct leave totals and didn't miss writing up a leave event in our records. This was helpful when discussing any discrepanices with the employee. Reckon One and now Reckon Payroll doesn't have the ability to do this which seems like a step back.
