Retain the users selection in the Item Search box

Increase character limit for SalesTaxCodeRef in the SDK for Reckon Accounts Hosted

Currently, the SDK has a character limit of 3 for SalesTaxCodeRef field where as in the app, it is 5 character limit. Can this be increased to 5, so APIs work consistently?

Reckon Accounts Hosted Country Box needs to be wider

When you click on the drop down box in Customers Additional Info Tab to select the country they belong to, it only shows the first few letters so it is hard to see what the countries actually are. Surely making it wider would be a good idea!
