Ability to email customers credit notes receive payments screen

If a customer overpays an invoice, and they want to leave it on their account as a credit, I would like to be able to email them a copy of that credit note from the receive payments screen as at the moment you can only print it.

HTML for invoice etc templates

Please add HTML coding for invoice etc templates. This would allow for payment direct links, "more information", or external graphics (to name a few) to be added to templates. I imagine there would be a HTML box which can be added to layout design...

Archive Customers who have been inactive for longer than a custom length of time

It would be good the make customers or Quotes as inactive after a length of time. Custom would be good as after 2 years we would like to archive customers or after 6 months make quotes inactive etc. Would help tidy up our customer list etc.
