Alarm for employee who is over 18 and not receiving superannuation

I had an employee who turned 18 during the last quarter. I did not have his super fund details, so no super was calculated for him. I would appreciate an alarm/warning that there is an employee who should be receiving super.

Change Payroll Item Account - past transactions

Have the ability to change past transactions when changing an account linked to a payroll item. At the moment if you change an account linked to a payroll item it only changes future transactions, not past.

Payroll Summary Needs More Options

PLEASE add an option to split the ordinary hours by pay rates on the payroll summary. You can do it on the detailed report but it exports to Excel in a very un user friendly format. Need totals per pay item for each employee for each month.

Auto-allocate employee numbers

Reckon one allows you to repeat an employee number already used without an error message. Would be handy if it would automatically allot the next number (up by one).

Display all employee’s payruns in a new tab in Employee’s Profile and have the ability to select and send payslips at one time.

I would like the ability to choose which GL account I use for super liabilities.

To Do List specifically for Payroll module listing current & due date, employee name (optional) & comments and tick box when completed.

Helpful in recording pay rate increases, adjustments, reporting etc for future processing beyond the next pay period and any adjustments or lodgement prompts.
