Note box on customer name

As a Treasurer of several Masonic Lodges,adding such a box for particular info about a customer, such as joining date, if they pay special rates of dues, or any relevant info would be really useful. I think that this would be useful in any organis...

In the make payment and money received section, there should be a date range field.

It saves time having to scroll through all the entries, one page and at a time.
