Need to be able to view reports and select to be sorted by either employee first or last name. Currently only is sorted by First name

Super Contributions Report - Grand Total required

It would be useful to have have totals on the Super Contributions report rather than having to manually add the totals which is more prone to error.

Sort Payroll by employee number

Time cards are done in employee number, lowest number 1st. Currently only can sort by name. Sorting by number will give more flexibility and improve data entry speed for my company

Adding totals to reports i.e Super Contribution by Employee reports

When reconciling EOM the totals for the month are helpful on all reports. Currently no totals show on the Super Contribution By Employee and Pay Details reports. It's annoying to have to calculate these manually.

Leave accruals need to be visible in payrun

When entering a pay run we cannot see Annual leave accruals, Personal leave accruals or RDO accruals. Why has this function been removed from Reckon One payroll?

Bulk Viewing and Bulk Printing of Payslips

We require payslips to be viewed in bulk for payrun approval. We also require payslips to be printed and it takes significant time to view and print each payslip individually.

Remove staff from scheduled pay runs once terminated

When a termination date is entered it should automatically trigger the removal of the pay run schedule so that there is no risk they will be accidentally paid in a future pay run
