Send attachments to Reckon One via email

Provide each Reckon One subscription with an email so that bills can be sent to it. The attachment can then be used to add a bill in Reckon One and be attached to it.

Change Inactive Time Period

Add a "invoice paid" field in - Day to day › Money in › Invoices

At this stage I can see when the invoice is created, when its due, but cannot see when it was paid, unless I click on each individual invoice. It would be useful to see at a glance on the paid screen.

When making a payment, option to select "bill date"

It would making paying bills (after the date) much faster when making payments, especially if you haven't done your books for a while!!

Email settings Invoice template add special tag contact name

So that when you generate the email to customer it can say "Hi contact name" instead of "Hi Organisation name" - in my invoices I want to generate an email that says hi to the first name of the accounts person I am sending to.
